INFORMATION SESSIONS
The Outlook South West Dementia Team run information sessions at venues right across Cornwall. The team has visited most of the main towns and villages over the past couple of years. They will be revisting most of them again over the coming months, as well as adding a few new locations to their tour.
If you are interested in attending the information sessions, simply click on the map below to identify which sessions would be most suitable for you to attend and then phone our main office on (01208) 871904 to book your place.
The sessions are FREE to attend and you will be given a complementary 62 page booklet upon your arrival. The booklet is designed to be used throughout both of the sessions to help illustrate what is being discussed. It also contains valuable resources and ideas that you can take away with you and use at home.
