Another excellent guide from the Newcastle NHS Trust. We recommend that this is worked through with your therapist (if you have one). Produced by the Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland Mental Health NHS Trust
Recommended Books
Overcoming Anger and Irritability
William Davies
An excellent down-to-earth guide providing excellent help in understanding and managing anger problems. This is the book of first choice for many of our therapists.
The Anger Control Workbook
Matthew McKay, Peter Rogers
This book provides a very structured guide to managing anger. It does require a lot of commitment to record your progress on the supplied worksheets. However, this will repay the effort put in. It is a good book for working through with a therapist or coach.
