The Panic Centre

Panic CentreA free site with detailed self help pages on panic disorder. (Or you can work through a more detailed on-line therapy program). There is also the opportunity to do an on-line test measuring your anxiety levels. This is a very detailed and time intensive program. However, it is also very thorough and repays the effort required.
