This is a very detailed and thorough approach to self-directed therapy for panic. It is found on a free site and is available as a downloaded version (to print off) or as a more detailed on-line course. Highly recommended.

The Panic Centre
A free site with detailed self help pages on panic disorder. (Or you can work through a more detailed on-line therapy program). There is also the opportunity to do an on-line test measuring your anxiety levels. This is a very detailed and time intensive program. However, it is also very thorough and repays the effort required.
The Anxiety and Panic Internet Resource (tAPir)
This site has an incredible range of articles and links all on the subject of anxiety in its many forms, the treatments available and online support groups.
