Outlook South West (OSW) is currently seeking a Clinical Manager (Quality and Compliance) to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for quality and regulatory compliance and the implementation throughout all departments of OSW. 

The post-holder will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer/Caldicott Guardian and be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the compliance and quality systems in line with relevant legislation, guidance and regulatory codes and conditions. 

Using analytical and investigatory skills the post holder will be responsible for the compilation of evidence required, on behalf of OSW and by any relevant regulatory body, in the delivery of its contractual obligations. The post holder is the lead for embedding quality throughout OSW through implementing the Quality & Compliance agenda, organisational learning, including clinical governance, patient safety, risk management, clinical audit and development, staff training and education. The post holder will work in collaboration with external Quality and Compliance consultants on a regular basis as required.
